Return & Exchange Policy
At Average Athlete, we want you to be happy with your purchase! Since we're a small, family-run business working out of our garage, we truly appreciate your support. Please read our policy below to ensure a smooth return or exchange process:
Exchanges
We understand that finding the perfect size is important. If your item doesn't fit as expected, we’re happy to exchange it for a different size, provided the following conditions are met:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags still attached).
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
You’ll be responsible for shipping the item back to us, but we’ll cover the cost of sending your new size back to you!
Returns
Due to the nature of our small operation, we do not offer refunds on items, but we are happy to process exchanges within the guidelines listed above.
How to Exchange:
Email mary@teamaverageathlete.com with the details of the exchange (item, size needed).
Send the item back to us (Mary will send you the address), and we’ll get your exchange processed as soon as we can!
Please Note:
We’re a small business and can only accommodate reasonable exchanges. If an item shows signs of wear, we won’t be able to process an exchange.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not cover return shipping unless the item is defective.
